DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR TRAVELING TO WEDDING LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF YOUR AREA?
Travel fees apply for weddings outside of my usual 30-mile radius from Couer d’lane, following the IRS standard rate of 55 cents per mile. I am more than willing to travel to any location to capture your special day. For weddings that require air travel or overnight stays, I ask that the clients cover the cost of the flight and hotel accommodation. This includes roundtrip airfare, baggage fees, hotel accommodations (usually for 2 nights), transportation to and from the airport, and a food stipend. These travel expenses would be billed separately from the photography package and need to be paid in full prior to the wedding date. I always aim to book the most cost-effective travel options while ensuring reliability and timeliness.
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
For weddings, you can anticipate receiving your photos within a window of 4 - 8 weeks, with a sneak peek within 48 hours. Engagement photos are typically ready in about 2 weeks. All images are shared via a private online gallery, from where you can download the highest resolution images.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET?
My philosophy revolves around a "no-limit photos" approach. This implies that the fee you pay covers my expertise, my time, any tangible products included in your package, and the time I spend editing. The photos themselves are free. As such, there isn't a set number for the photos you'll receive. You'll receive all the fantastic images from your wedding in your gallery. On average, an 8-hour wedding yields approximately 400-800 photos, and a 2-3 hour engagement session yields around 45-70 images.
